GUIDELINES ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Institute of Culture and Russian Language undertakes to make use of the site in full compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data sanctioned by the last Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/6/2003 – called “Code” and previously known by all as Law 675/96 on privacy.

All the activities carried out by the Institute of Culture and Russian Language relating to the processing of personal data of its users are specifically indicated and described in this document with which the information provided for by art. 13 of the “Code” is given to users.

This document illustrates the way in which the Institute of Culture and Russian Language treats the information of
users when they connect to the website www.italia-russia.it and when they make use of the services in the
same area. The document also deals with the processing of personal data by the Institute
of Culture and Russian Language in case of sharing them with other users.

The Institute of Culture and Russian Language collects personal data of its users only
